At Everwoodcabins Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality wooden cabins and excellent customer service. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and issue resolutions are handled. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Deposit and Order Confirmation • |£400.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. • Once the deposit is paid, the manufacturing process begins. You have 14 days to cancel you order from the date of order. We will stop the production process and deposit of £400.00 is non refundable.
2. Delivery and Inspection • All products are delivered to the address provided during the ordering process. • Upon delivery, you are required to inspect the item carefully. If there are any issues (e.g., damage, missing components), these must be reported to the delivery team on the day of delivery. • If no issues are reported at the time of delivery, the order will be deemed accepted in its delivered/installed condition.
3. Returns and Refunds • Standard Orders: • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or items that are already inspected and accepted at delivery. • Custom Orders: • All custom orders (including cabins made to specific dimensions, finishes, or designs) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or not as described.
4. Defects and Issues After Delivery If any issues occur after delivery: • Contact us immediately at 01865 238 406 providing details and photographs of the problem. • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement parts, repairs, or other appropriate solutions, at our discretion.
5. Exclusions from Refunds and Returns Refunds or returns are not offered in the following circumstances: • Issues resulting from improper assembly or installation (if not performed by us). • Damage caused by weather, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions. • Wear and tear over time. • Modifications or repairs made by the customer or third parties not authorised by us.
6. General Guidelines • Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet agreed delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues, weather). These delays do not entitle the customer to a refund. • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details and sufficient access for delivery. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or access issues, additional charges may apply. • Assembly: Many of our cabins require professional assembly. We are not liable for damages or issues caused by improper installation performed by the customer or a third party.
